We respect creators. If something on NeighborHoot uses your work without permission, tell us and we will look at it promptly.

Our pins

Every NeighborHoot pin carries a Copyright Management ID ("© M.O.M. Group, Inc. Copyright Management ID: …"). Please quote that ID when you write to us about a pin.

Filing a notice

Send a written notice that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  3. The NeighborHoot page address or the pin’s Copyright Management ID.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
