Mostly he chases people, and they scream and run. Fans have noticed that he doesn't run too fast, just fast enough to keep them going, as if he knows exactly what he is doing.

Between the chases the monster movie plays on. People end up wrapped in webbing. A subway tunnel serves as his lair, stocked with fake body parts. There's an elevator scene, too, with a man who does not get up. Knowing this dog, he is probably just licking the man's face.

Under all of it is a friendly dog who just wants to chase people around. The costume and the spooky music make him look evil. He doesn't seem to have any idea why everyone keeps running away from him.
