Kitten nips a German shepherd and he nips back
Rocky is a big German shepherd whose friends are tabby kittens. Two of them, Coffee and Tiger, have very different ideas about how to play with him. more
Tiger is the polite one, happy to stay within reach and give the odd friendly tap. Coffee has other plans. Coffee wants to be right in Rocky's space, and once there, wants to start something.
The something is usually a nose game. Coffee nips Rocky's nose. Rocky nips back, soft and careful, the way a big dog plays when he knows how big he is. Coffee cries and plays the victim, then goes right back for more.
SaveThe people who love these three keep coming back to how gentle Rocky is. One noticed that when a kitten bites to get him playing, he pushes the kitten away very softly. Another saw him change how he plays to fit the mood of each cat.
Between rounds there is a green ball, which they roll back and forth across the tile floor, and plenty of cuddling. One viewer thinks that watching them relax together does more for the heart than a vitamin.
