A dance team of Howies wins over Howie

The dance team from John Glenn High School in Michigan walks onto the America's Got Talent stage dressed as one of the judges. That judge is Howie Mandel. more

The dancers are 14 to 19, and they've picked their target with care. "We know he's not very fond of dance teams, so we're hoping we can change his mind a little," one of them says. From the judges' desk comes a quick "I love you already."

Then the music kicks in, and a stage full of Howies, in black suits and white shirts, starts to dance. It's a lot of Howie at once.

At the desk, it takes a moment to sink in. "This is so weird," a voice says, twice. Before long the real Howie is leaning into it. "This is amazing. Look at me, man. I'm amazing."

When it's over, Howie says he's spent many hours alone in a fun house, dancing and looking at all his reflections. This hits the same spot. "It's fun, it's funny, the skill was there," he says, and then adds the line he can't resist. "I can't get enough of me."

Simon would like to see where it could go in the next round. Asked if he's upset they didn't come dressed as him, he says that could always happen if they go forward. The team says they've got something planned.

Sofia loves their energy and says she had a lot of fun watching. Then the votes come in, yes after yes, until they have four.
