This fennec fox does not need any coffee
Djinn the fennec fox comes with enormous ears and a tail that never holds still. Her outing with her owners starts with one big yawn. more
She rests her head on her owner's arm and opens her mouth as wide as it'll go. Fennec foxes, also called sand foxes, come from the Sahara Desert. They are social little animals, and they like to rest pressed up against another fox or a person.
SaveIn the car, she gets a lap to herself, and the calm doesn't last long. She wriggles and plays, and her tail keeps going the whole time. She's at her silliest when her ears fold back and her tail goes nuts.
SaveThose ears earn their keep. Fennec foxes hear extremely well, and Djinn reacts to even the softest whisper.
On the table sits a glass with a spoon in it. Djinn leans in for a look and starts lapping up the coffee, and she seems to like it. Many people watching had the same thought. Coffee is the last thing on earth this little fox needs.
SaveSo much for that worry. She curls up in her owner's lap like a cat and closes her eyes, about as far from wired as a fox can get.
SaveLater she is in her basket, wide awake and busy again. Then she lets out a little noise that sounds a lot like a giggle.
